Do you get yeast infections all the time?

I used to get yeast infections all the time and couldn't figure out why. Neither could my doctors. Chronic yeast infections can be caused by chemicals in your environment, food allergies, leaky gut syndrome, and low acid pH. What have you done to treat your yeast infections?

I still have that problem. I've been using probiotics and it's helping a lot though. I've read peeling garlic and using it "up there" works. I'm just afraid I'll burn myself. Does it work?
